asp round down Error with VB's Round function  
    Has anybody noticed a bug in VB's Round function. If the number is 0-5, VB rounds down and 6-9, rounds up. It should round up if the significant number is 5-9 and down for 0-4. If anyone has heard of this, do you know if microsoft has a patch that fixes it? Thanks.                                                                     Bill Walters
