Hi, I'm looking to replace a tired sofa and chair in my home theater room. What I'd like to do is get seating designed for home theaters. Generally, they are modular and each sitting position reclines individually and there is an arm w/cup holder between each seating position. My modular, I mean that each seating position is sold separately, meaning that you can make a straight or curved row of as many seats as you want. So, I'm looking for advice on getting something reasonably priced. This type of product still seems to be a specialty item only available from smaller companies. They tend to be very expensive. For instance, I found a 4-seat set at Harvey Electronics and they were asking $8000+. I found a comparable set from Ashley Millenium in the $2-3000 range, but they have been discontinued. Berkline has a line of theatre seats that look promising. I haven't had a chance to price them yet. I'm hopeful that they are priced similar to the Ashley seats as both companies are bigger manufacturers. If you've shopped for similar products and have some recommendations, I'd be grateful to hear about them. I'm particularly eager to learn about theater seating from bigger furniture manufacturers or other reasonably priced seats. Dave
